This month we will be discussing our most recent stay at the Grand Hotel in Salem and Legislative Work Groups. The Grant Hotel has been extremely accommodating for members of our group who have access needs for their rooms. We always stay with them and it is always a great experience. We decided next time we are in Salem for a conference or state legislative session we will stay with them. We plan to take a picture as a group in spring and sending them a thank you letter.
The second part of our meeting we discussed a workgroup structure for our advocacy. Next steps is to work with community partners to get in-kind donations for meeting facilitation support and helping us learn who makes the decisions around these topics.
